Withdrawal not received from LEON
Before 3days All going good but since last 3days I did not received my withdrawals. All withdrawals are pending since 3days and they don’t have any answer on this. Just saying that wait for some more days as we have high traffic in processing all clients requests which is wrong. As per standard withdrawal timing LEON has to process the withdrawals. I am feeling very concerned about my money since last 3days.

As I can see, a lot of withdrawals were cancelled by you before 48 hours passed, unfortunately it only increases the queue of automatic processing (48 hours are counted down again from the time of a new request by the system).
Two withdrawals 360549784 and 360549727 were executed in the morning (25.12) as 48 hours were passed.
Please do not cancel withdrawals and they will be executed by their turn without any problems.

Verification of verified documents
I am a casino costumer about 2 years ago, already made a withdrawal with neteller wallet, and in the first time everything was OK. Now I have to send a lot of documents again, received an email that my account was verified, but isn,t true ,because it seems that is gonna happen another verification from another department, can take between 3 to 30 days( just to verify the verified documents,lol) and maybe,maybe I have to send more documents to justify what is unjustified. JUst an excuse to delay the payment,that’s the strategy.

These people saying they can’t withdraw are full of sh.t, I withdrew 2 times and got money via Interac in about 4 hours.
Typical casino otherwise, you lose 500$ – 1000$ on complete deadspins to get a bonus from from 10 free spins with 10, 15 or 30x multiplier on a 3$ per spin and get 20$.

I do not recommend this casino to anyone! They are nothing but fraudulent and untrustworthy and do not believe them when they offer you something as you will not receive it!
When I first started playing at Leon casino of course they where great as time has gone on I have found Leon casino and the live chat support people to be nothing but liers and freudulent which Sadens me.
For the past week I have been promised a birthday bonus by many live chat support people stating that it would be issued to my account today being my Birthday however when I messaged them today regarding this and the fact that it had not been issued I was told to wait and I would receive an email from the relevant department with my birthday bonus 8pm and I still have not received my birthday bonus as promised and as displayed on the advertisements on Google I messaged once again only to be told that the birthday promotion is not issued to people in Australia!
